Booking Terms & Conditions
Advanced bookings are advised as I am licenced for 7 dogs which include my own dogs. Peak holiday times will require advanced notice to secure your booking.
All new dogs using our Pawsome Pad will need to go through a registration process & all necessary paperwork signed and returned & deposits paid before any booking can be secured(vaccination card & microchip no to be provided). There are discounted rates for 2/3 dogs from the same household for daycare & overnight boarding services.

HOME BOARDING
4 weeks’ notice is required for a full refund. All bookings will require a 25% deposit at the time of booking & full amount for overnight home boarding must be paid 2 weeks before start date. There is a 48 hr cooling off period to get a full refund after securing a booking with full payment or deposit made.
50% refund if cancelled before 2 weeks of the boarding start date. No refunds if cancelled before 1 week of the boarding start date.
Weekly daycare bookings & Ad Hoc daycare:
All dogs requiring daycare must have a first visit to ensure you and your pawsome pal are happy with our venue & facilities. To secure bookings all are required to be paid for weekly in advance. Any ad hoc bookings must be paid for at the time of booking, to secure the space.
We do not like to charge our clients with cancellations fees so each case will be considered carefully. Nevertheless, due to our strict policy on numbers of dogs we can have booked in, charges may need to be applied as they do with many other booked services.
